Add weekly batch billing

We have several families that are on a scholarship. The scholarship bills at a weekly rate. However, we bill at a monthly rate. We have set families up with 2 accounts, one personal (monthly) and one for the "agency" (weekly). I have been looking for a way to bill the weekly tuition to the accounts without going into each one and manually billing the weekly accounts.
