transferring info from one school to another

It would be very helpful to be able to transfer information from one school to another as our students do eventually move from one to the other. So instead of having to manually add them and re-enter all their information and records, we could simply transfer all the info.

I would also like the capability of selecting the rooms we would like to send messages out to. I have 4 rooms that we consistently send info to, but do not want the 5th room we are creating to be a part of that messaging. so it would be helpful if we could select on the rooms we want for one message.
