Activity - Bathroom - Accident

I'm sure this is a common want, however I wanted to send it just in case.

We're wanting a way to communicate to parents each time their child has an accident. Could be during nap, or could be anytime during the day, but this allows us to document their accidents. It helps parents and the teachers keep track of when the accidents are happening (if a pattern or during nap) and to inform parents of their continuous potty training progress, knowing accidents will happen. It's also a way we can communicate to the parent that their child has dirty clothes/sheets that need to be taken home to be washed, and new clothes brought in.

It should pop up as a notifications like the other activities, but this would clearly say bathroom - accident so that parents are more aware.
