Cap limit for schedules per class room per day

My suggestion is to have a configuration in the system that allows a center to set a limit to how many schedules that families can submit in a class room per day. For example, if we can only accommodate 30 children per classroom due to capacity size of the classroom and we have 38 children scheduled we not only can not accommodate that many but do not have a way to figure out who scheduled first to contact the families that scheduled last that unfortunately there is not enough room for their child.
