Acct Key needs to reflect last name of child - not the card holder's name.
Transactions not posted on the ledger are not bolded. Please return back to the bolded feature.
When using the desktop to make payment if there is a credit on the account and you change the payment amount, the client's account is refunded money instead of being charged the amount due to the minus being left in the payment amount field.
No opportunity to confirm the transaction amount before payment is made; this feature to verify payment amount is extremely important.
Card payments at the Kiosk do not go through unless you touch the "name on card" on the screen first. This is very confusing to the clients; they typically give up and do not pay.
All of these issues have recently occurred and are proving very challenging & time consuming. Please revert back to the previous program.
