I have eight centers with Procare. I like to be informed of what is happening at each one of them on a regular basis. I can do that by accesing each one and looking at the reports.
It would be nice however, having the program sending a customized report by email (or text) with the information most relevant at the period of time we select (montly, weekly like every friday night...). This information could include new enrollments, withdrawals, payments procesed, returned, staff hours worked... alerts on account changes, etc.
Most of the time would be a quick simple report and with a quick look we would be at easy of what is happening.
