The system allows parents to log in and log out at the same time or at 1-2 minute intervals. This means for the day it looks like the child was at school for 0.0 or for 1-2 minutes. Due to this, we can miss a large amount of funds that we can charge for our extended care services. Is there a way to have system flag this to parent/anyone when they do this? Or have a note pop up to "See Preschool office to resolve"? "Error please try log in again?" Anything to highlight to the parents that there is an issue. Or can the system just not allow it to happen? We check daily to see if there is anyone still logged in so we could go back and manually log out if needed
