What is the Problem: When trying to utilize the reports for assessments to discuss with a parent currently the only option is a giant long list of things that could have been recorded over long time spans.
Business goal: To have a usable report to discuss the child's progression with the parents. The centers need the ability to filter the report to show just entries that occurred since the last conversation or for certain age groups, or for certain milestone types even.
What we offer now and why the current feature is not working: One long list with things that could be recorded over years and no longer be applicable.
Is the feature/report requested only benefits this particular client, all enterprise or all customers? All Customers but Stratford is the driving force.

"Procare can do the assessment easy for us (all users)
creating a report only to child age group because the repost is all mixed same page we have preschool and infants print some pages not work at all.. also create a option when report done we can send to parents automatic ..

What are you trying to achieve?
"We would like to filter the child's assessment according to their specific age range to turn a 19 page document into a streamlined age appropriate version of 8-10 pages."
What is your current workaround?(optional)
"We are going to have to print all 19 pages and then remove all pages that are not specific to the child's developmental age."

"When you are creating the portfolio it would be very useful to just show certain assessments, to have filters on so not all criteria are shown whether achieved or not."

"Not being able to filter the assessment I want to print is a big problem. It makes the assessment feature useless. Why spend time completing something I cannot print and share."

"I need to be able to print a 2yo assessment without also printing all of the objectives from 5 other age groups."

"There is no workaround. We cannot use the assessment feature if we can't print assessments by age."
Georgetown Hill (multisite PE customer) also requested this ability. They feel that their staff seeing all milestones is very overwhelming.
Had another center request this today. Asbury Children's Center BAM 76379894 asking for the same, a report only showing what they have added, a different format so they can parse it down, etc. Thank you.
We are researching requirements and demand for this. Please ask account managers with similar needs to vote/comment on this item.
