Customer had two requests regarding assessments and portfolios:
1) When they export the info, be able to see the notes and observations that have been posted for that milestone. Right now they can only see the milestone marker and that an observation was posted, but they can't see anything from the actual observation. It essentially makes the portfolio redundant because they can't use it to expand upon what the student was learning.
2) Keep track of student milestones as they're posted and not erase them when the center changes progress or when student moves up a class. Right now if a student is marked as 'progressing', it doesn't save that progress if the dropdown item gets changed, so the teachers can't look back and see student progress over time without downloading every single portfolio and saving it on a computer or as a hard copy. This center would like that info to save for each grading period so they can go back and show student progress over time, all on one report.
We don't know the exact cause as to why it wasn't in the first place or why it is now, but any observation added to a milestone should now be showing the photo and note associated with that observation when viewing the student portfolio.
Also, if you have a customer that requires the canned milestones to be deleted this is something we can do through Queen Bee. Please reach out to me if you have any questions about this. We will be doing this for Creative World. :)
Creative World Feedback/Needs
Add to #1 - Need to be able to attach photos.
Add to #2 - Need to remove canned milestones - Creative World has their own milestones that they spent money and time to input and now when they select milestones by age it just lists out all canned and all of their milestones and is not usable.
Add an approved marker under "Manage Progress" but not override the previous observations.
