I have had many clients ask about a schedule for their students but the way it is now most do not find helpful.
Need to be able to add specific times to the schedule. Also, wants a report that would show all students schedules.
BAM 65130013 wants to know expected scheduling and see it on a report daily
BAM 84134466 said at HiMama they could see each day how many children were expected so they could plan for staff needs
BAM 74571936 requested this as well. More robust scheduling - client canceled bc she cannot assign children to certain times. She can only assign days. I showed her tags and this was not good enough.

A potential customer that Alexa had is requesting this feature. They need to be able to schedule children in the future, not just current schedule. They need predictive enrollment reports.
Just had a client request this feature as well. Having a scheduling feature available would streamline the entire process for centers and families. Often centers want to accommodate families whose work schedules are not consistent. One week the child might be scheduled for Mon, Wed, Fri but another week they might only have to bring the child into the center on a Wednesday.
Just had another client request this feature. Clients moving from DT to online are frequently disappointed that there is no report that can show the si/so sheet for the week based on schedule.
Centers use this information to support them with staff scheduling needs to ensure they are in ratio. Clients frequently request this capability often and it would be a great addition to the reports feature.
The ability to have a report that shows who is scheduled to attend on any given day is a frequent ask from my clients.
This allows them to know they are covered with the appropriate staff. Additionally it alerts them to know if someone is absent who was expected to attend so they can check in with the family.
