Filter milestones when creating lesson plans Merged

In regards to the milestones, I was able to set up the categories but they cannot be used when creating the lesson plans. It shows all of the milestones. And I still need my teachers to have this as simple as possible and if we have a category like age and subject matter, only those milestones need to be shown. Almost have them pre-set and available to select.
