When an PE account is created a sample lesson plan is added. If this is not removed by implementation, the sample lesson plan will send to the parents that are synced.
In a previous release, all sample lessons were set to not be shared on the daily summary email to parents by default. Hopefully this solves the problem regarding incorrect parent communications. We will monitor to see if additional work is required.
Again, asking for this to happen. We have to remove this on every account that we onboard. If we miss it, PE customers get an email with a fake lesson. We do not need any more people showing up for an Easter Egg hunt that is not going to happen :)
This is a pain to have to go in and delete for each client and then if we forget the clients can be upset when Parents are getting notifications without announcing the move.
