Attendance Based Subsidy Billing Formulas

In most states, subsidized agencies pay based on a combination of schedule and attendance. For instance, they will pay for all of the days a child is scheduled, unless a child is absent more than 5 days--then they only pay based on attendance. We don't have schedules in Online as of yet, however if we could at least have the billing formulas active in the subsidy accounting area it would be helpful. Essentially, subsidized agencies pay a daily fee for each child, so the current billing formulas we can apply to parents would work for agencies as well-For the most part until we get detailed schedules activated.
