Staff Certification Monitoring

Client would really like to be able to monitor staff certifications and paperwork. She suggested the ability to be able to monitor when a certification like CPR etc. are about to expire and need to be renewed. Wants to be able to put in this information and be notified when a staff member is due for recertification etc.
