Adjust Display of Calendar in New Event Date-Picker

When a user is creating a new calendar event, the date-picker displays a monthly calendar beginning with Monday and ending with Sunday. This is confusing for those who are expecting the traditional Sunday through Saturday display. Suggestion is to display Sunday through Saturday.

    I hear this a lot from the calendar in the billing section too. People want calendars to follow the traditional Sun - Sat format for sure.
