Parent Engagement - Billing info on app

Currently if a school has PE and the parent goes to Make A Payment it says that Your School Does not currently accept online payments.

I have had a lot of complaints from clients that it makes them sound like they just decided not to do it. When really that is not available.

Please change the wording to simply say that online payments are not currently available.
