When parents pay with cash or checks, they don't always get posted on the same day due to workflow at the centers. In some cases, like schools and rec centers, payments don't always go directly to the program director. They may go to the accounting office first, then a deposit report may get to the director a few days later. Directors/owners would like to be able to select the date that the payment should post for audit and reconciliation. This can be done in all of our other platforms.
