Customers can benefit from expanded permissions for staff, like those found in Procare Desktop. Multiple schools I've worked with have been dissappointed that they are limited to general categories, instead of features within categories; when setting their staff permissions. The main area this comes up, is being able to cancel and edit invoices/payments.
The ability to customize certain fields and update tags, things like that should fall under this. We often get requests for more granular control over these items that they can access and can have a big impact.
