Update Staff Only language

I previously requested that the Staff Only feature on Daily Activities be updated to say - "Staff Only - Requires Admin approval before sent to Parents."

Now it says, "Staff Only - Requires Admin Approval for Parents" which is not very clear.

Also, the Observation and Name to Face activities are never seen by parents, they are always staff only. Can we change the language on those activities? I have clients now asking where they can approve those, but they can not at all.
