Map Lead Fields to Existing Items

When customers create a custom field as part of their registration form, they cannot map it to an existing Procare Field.

    The option to "Assign Field to Lead Data" is visible to customers when setting up the registration form, but since it does not map onto the leads, this option should either be enhanced or removed. Currently, customers use it, only to find that it does not map the leads' responses into their lead data, and then they are frustrated.
