Customers need a robust Security Deposit feature, like in Procare Desktop.
The current solution is to Charge the Family Ledger, Receive a payment, Create a Ledger Account, and Receive a payment.
When ready to apply the payment to the family ledger, a center has to visit the Ledger Account, add an expense, then go to the family ledger and add a credit.
This is a very time-consuming process and must be repeated for each student.
Adding an option for deposits on the family ledger or even batch options would be greatly beneficial.
