List DOB for Staff as a permanent field in their profile

DOB is listed as a data point in the Staff Detailed report, but this is not a permanent field in the Staff Profile. Please make it so that it maps into the field on the report.

Clients often add this field using custom fields and since it's already listed in the report, I think we should make it a permanent addition to the profile or remove this data point from the standard report.
