Currently users are not notified when parents upload documents to student profiles. This is a big pain point with many of my customers and I have received a lot of feedback that they would like to be notified when parents upload documents.
Having parents upload documents like immunization forms from doctor's is something the schools want to implement, as well as requests for parents to upload other documents so that schools can have some of the work load taken away from them.
They want to implement this but are unable to because they do not want to have to go back and review each student's profile to see if a document has been uploaded.
BAM39483799 is also requesting this feature.
I have received about five requests for some sort of built in notification for a Document upload received from a parent in the last week from Primrose schools. This is definitely getting a lot of notice right now.
