Illness Report

Client was saying that on Tadpoles they had an incident report, but also an illness report to track symptoms and such. Was hoping PE had a similar activity.

I demonstrated the Name to Face Health Check and Incident and showed her those options but wanted something separate for the illness.

She is essentially looking for a solid way to track illness in case of a Covid outbreak.
