Tardy indicator on child icon

Customer requested an ability to mark a child tardy for communicating with teachers about a late arriving child, and this be a visual indicator that persists until the child is signed in.

Use Case: Parent calls in saying their child will be late today. Admins marks child as "Tardy". Visual indicator on child icon for teacher to expect the child later that day. "Tardy" indicator disappears on child's sign in.
