Add "Served" as a quantity option in Meal Activity

Customer requested "Served" as a quantity option since some classes (Pre-K) do not require an amount in how much the students ate, only that they were served. Adding this option would allow admins to create the meal activity for all applicable classrooms, reducing the burden for teachers to do it for each child. Mentioned BW does this and is her biggest issue with Procare.
