Enhancements to the Ratio Monitoring Graph

Primrose School at the DTC is requesting that the Ratio Monitoring Graph is built out to include the ability to filter by both room and tags. Since Primrose is able to create their own tags this will allow them to better understand trends within certain programs and staff accordingly.
