Milestones do not show up when you filter by category. When you click "Pre K" and "0-8 months" nothing shows up but they show up when you click "All Categories." Some filters work and some do not. Frustrating for staff members to have to scroll through all of the milestones.
So far, this is only an issue I have seen with MA standards.
Hi Brandon, thank you for this information. This is Massachusetts standards, but I assume it is the same issue.
We reviewed what's going on here. The issue is the way the standards were entered in QB. Where there are common Domains across age group categories, the contractors we worked with ended up grouping all age group measures and indicators under a catch all Domain. For Missouri, this catch all is 'Birth-Kindergarten'.
Since the filtering option is functioning at the Domain level, the customer will only see this 'Birth-Kindergarten' Domain in filtering and none of the other categories that exist. This actually impacts more state-standards than Missouri.
We are working to address this and will update progress.
