Upload photos to gallery then manage photos in gallery.

This feature would save time and allow the center to better communicate child daily accomplishments via photo management.
Two unrelated centers were really looking to use Online or PE Photo ability to communicate child daily accomplishment in photo description. Main communication via photos.

Requested feature:
Want to load batch of photos into a gallery, each gallery a labeled month, so upload photos into October 2021 gallery for example.
Once the photos are in this Procare Online gallery, then manage them.
Click the first new photo in the gallery and give it a description and tag what child or children belong to the photo. Click next to edit next photo. Finally click a button to push new never pushed photos to parents and at this time parents get notified – new photos to view.

Current photo process:
two options if I understand correctly. ( I have not used this so description of process may be wrong- what I gathered from users)
a.) One at a time. Upload a photo to a specific child and send. Select next child and assign a photo and send. You have to be aware of photos on your computer file system and pick correct single photo file to assign to correct child, one at a time. User finds this tedious.
or
b.) You upload 20 photos at once and now one shared description is assigned all photos (not liked), they want individual description for each photo.
Upload 20 photos to a classroom and a parent has to see photos of all kids in classroom, not just photos of their own child. Too much noise. You could do the batch upload photos, but 1 photo at a time giving a description and now you are doing a.) tedious one at a time.

Center says existing photo management, parents receive too many email notifications.
