We need to make the parent invite email customizable. We have several centers that do not work with children and when they are inviting people to use the software it looks poorly on them as the email caters to children and not adults.
The invites not being customizable was a deal breaker for Fairport Montessori Academy (BAM 45657961). Cassi included the wording of the invite email and then wrote:
"We just excitedly signed up for Procare and have run into a major glitch/problem. At Fairport, we will not be utilizing the automatic online billing, and may not be providing updates of child's activities. And we actually don't know if we will be using the sign in/sign out function for quite some time. Sending out this invite will be very confusing to parents. I talked to your customer support specialist and they said there is nothing that can be done. Thus, I'm not sure Procare will be the solution for us."
This was requested again by Canyon Care; BAM#38120618. They are not going to use some of the features within Procare and wants to remove some of the verbiage to not cause confusion with the parents.
This would resolve a lot of issues as the Welcome email also mentions features that they may not be using . Giving the ability to customize the Automatic notifications that go out for Welcome and beyond would be a really nice feature.
