Separating credit cards & debit cards in BAM for center payments.

Center wants to enable TE45 but are aware that many families will use the debit card option due to the lack of a fee. Parents will put their credit card numbers in the debit card field to avoid the extra charge. This is one of many centers that has asked to turn off debit cards while still allowing credit cards since debit cards do not pass the processing fee. Many centers in this situation end up removing cards all together due to the cost of fees, which is not ideal.
