Description of staff permissions

Customers always ask what each permission really means or limits in the "role and permissions" section for staff. The only explanation offered is for "parent contact". Can all of the permissions have an explanation for them when you hover your mouse over the words? This would be helpful so centers know exactly what they are limiting or allowing.
