As of right now, you only have the option to 'Save to Wait List' when the room setting 'Place Into Waiting List' is set to YES. However, a room can also switch to a Wait List when capacity is reached. When an admin is manually adding a kid into a room that has reached capacity and is now wait listed.. the system does not give the option to put that kid on the waitlist. Instead it places them right in the room and that program goes over capacity. There have also been scenerios where a client just wants to put a kid on a wait list per a parents request (not enough money, unsure of future schedule, etc). Ideally 'Save to Wait List' will always be an option regardless of room setting. Right now the button dulls out in the above situations.
