Clients are in need of an email template that can be established anytime a child is moved to a waitlist (outside of leads), whether it be after a certain capacity is reached or if the room is on a Waitlist from the beginning. This has been an obstacle in the past because it's not clear to parents at time of registration that they’re on a Waitlist.

This has often been a complaint by clients who heavily rely on Waitlists. Specifically Durham Public Schools, Scholars Unlimited, Hemet, Youthlink of Southern Indiana, Charleston County School District. It was also a big issue for a client who left (Kids After Hours).
