When a child is registering new and they are put on a waitlist, they are reflected in both the registration tile and the waitlist tile. This confuses the client when accepting registrations from the registration tile as they may not be aware that this child is actually on the waitlist. They can be on a waitlist for multiple reasons, however, the most concerning is when they are on a waitlist due to capacity being reached. Since the registration tile does not display the room or capacity, there is room for the child to be accepted when there is no space available.
