Create the ability for families to deactivate their own accounts without requiring them to contact their center to do so. Ideally, if the family has a $0 balance, they should be able to deactivate their account without the need to contact the center. If the family has a balance, then when they go to deactivate, it should alert them to clear that balance in order to deactivate the account.
This could also reduce the volume of parent calls our support team receives asking them to help with account deactivation.
