BAM 31451827 also requested this. They have lengthy and complicated forms so adding additional fields is cumbersome with the current capabilities. They are considering canceling for this and other reasons related to the registration process.
BAM 86998056 also wants to be able to move fields around on the registration form. If you think to add more fields later, then they don't always have to be at the bottom of the form (or require that delete all fields to add additional ones above current ones).
