Red dot for visual cue on Pending Approval for activities

BAM - 32333447 - Customer would like to have a visual cue for pending approval list so you can easily see when there is a new one.

"It would be great if when there was a Pending Approval on the Dashboard, a red dot could appear in the menu on the left just like you see when there are unread messages."
