Recurring invoices adjustment

A customer has a school of almost 300 kids, all of whom only attend on occasion and unexpectedly, and when they do, their recurring attendance plan bills them. However, when they don't attend, they are invoiced $0. While it makes sense why this happens, it's been bothering a lot of parents to get notified about this sort of thing. The customer I was speaking to said he'd like to see a way to preview a list of invoices about to be sent and to cancel sending a notification about any $0 invoices with checkboxes, similar to how schools can select a list of children with recurring plans and batch pause or cancel them.
