Customers need the curriculum to be as easy and intuitive to use as possible. Most staff access Procare via the app, but they can't view the teacher lesson plan (the attachment) via the app. If they do want to view the teacher lesson plan, they need to search and filter through all lessons in the website, or the lesson needs to be added to the weekly plan. Many centers have to have dedicated admin add lessons to the weekly plan based on the curriculum plan, and that's an extra step for them. Having easy access to the lesson plans is important.
For context, we lost a Brightwheel customer (BAM 98417794 and 92687233) because with their curriculum, they get mailed a box of materials for each month's lessons and the lessons and their plans are easy for staff to access without having to add the plans to another spot manually in the software. This customer also said that he liked the themes and layout of Brightwheel's curriculum better.
