Capture timecard records at the minute level and not at the seconds level

Timecard records are displayed at the minute level, but duration records are calculated at the seconds level. This can lead to discrepancies (an example is a time card record for someone clocking in at 1:00, clocking out at 5:45 and the duration is 4 hours 44 mins.
