Center wants parents to be able to sign up for scheduling weekly - as it changes weekly - center is canceling due to the lack of this functionality

    BAM 45324868 wants scheduling/ programs developed more: select more specifics and allow parents to sign children up for certain schedules (reg form is a bit clunky for this)
