Client has chatted in regards to the order of their custom fields has changed, and would like to change it back. Up until yesterday, custom fields would show as Oldest to Newest, the newest being the last to be listed. This morning, they are now seeing them listed from Newest to Oldest, the newest one listing on the student profile first, and the oldest one last. Since they were used to the previous Oldest to Newest set up, they fashioned their fields this way, and have expressed their frustrations as the fields no longer align with their initial set up. They would like to have this put back the way that it was, or have an option to re-arrange the order of the custom fields.
Impersonated school and confirmed that custom fields are listed as Newest to Oldest, entered a test custom field, and confirmed that the newest field is listed at the top, rather than the bottom as previously set. An update made this change, and was unable to confirm with release notes.
They do not want to deactivate the fields and create new ones to have it list in the order that they need.
