Tuition tied to child through their profile

Currently users cannot see tuition/billing items tied to children specifically through the child's profile. There is a need for being able to see and report on this, and currently use of tags relating to particular billing situations is the only way to manage this.

Per customer: "A few nuances to keep in mind: tuition can be custom or it could be based on a standard set which can be based on criteria like age or schedule. Tuition also changes each year, so you need to factor that into any projection and update it at the appropriate date."
