Customers are able to customize what information their Emergency Cards pull, with the option to save the preferences to the Quick Reports tab in the student section. Online Help Center articles are worded in a way that makes customers think any preferences they save will then pop up in that Quick Reports section, which might include custom fields they have selected, but those custom fields do not sync to the Quick Reports tab. They can only be pulled from the Reports section.
It would be helpful if all data you select is saved as your preferences no matter if you are pulling from the Quick Reports tab or the Reports section.
