Customer is upset because he has to call into support as the email for his failed monthly Procare payment did not provide the steps for him to update payment method.
Add steps for updating the Online payments into the failed payment email sent to customers.
Person Icon in the top right corner > Subscription > click pencil icon to update payment method.
Customer also stated his email took him to the non-Primrose Procare URL rather than the Primrose Procare URL.
