Customer would like the option to include an attachment in the meal plans feature

BAM 62620359 - Customer would like the option to include an attachment in the meal plans feature so that center can use their meal plan attachments to input the meal plan information. They also have two copies, one in Korean and one in English, so the ability to do this could help them share both with their families when sharing meal plans.
