Emergency Slider for Carer Records at Engagement Schools

The Emergency slider on parent records for Engagement schools is not able to be turned on or off, and that designation is not synced from Desktop. It would be helpful to either enable the sync for this status from Information in Relationships in Desktop to the Online parent record, or the slider could be unblocked (possibly with a warning that this status is not synced with Desktop) so that the center could manually slide the button on for emergency contacts Online.
