Sending SMS via Procare Online

Currently, the only way to send a text message through Procare Online is to check a box to "Send as Emergency SMS" while in the message composition window, and the opportunity to check the box can be missed. A user I spoke with suggests it would be easier to catch if it was a popup requiring acknowledgment to continue sending the message. This user primarily uses the app to communicate with parents, and parents will sometimes miss an important message if not sent by text as well.
