Increased Password Security

Procare Online could benefit from having greater security during onboarding. Currently, when implementations creates accounts, we need to set customers up with a password and there is no requirement for customers to change it. It would be ideal of the database creation of Online mirrored that of Desktop, where first-time login prompted a password reset.
